These units are further supported by a completely computerized colour room, able to handle the ever increasing demands of customers. Our own lab is at the centre of Screenline’s research and development, which over the years has conceived many groundbreaking processes. The lab constantly researches and tests ranges of inks, pigments, coatings and variety of substrates to create new effects to expand possibilities for our customers

Innovation lies at the heart of Screenline’s success

Screenline has secured a patent for a new design of multi station screen printing units, which vastly improves productivity. This Printing unit is the most fundamental component of the screen printing method.

Moreover, patents are pending for the following innovations:

• Fully automatic printing process where the multi functional printing unit is combined with the automatic printing machine and the efficiency of the printing process is enhanced further
• A new method of applying heat in the 3D Press Machine resulting in a significant productivity improvement when pressing 3D garments such as molded bras.

When fully exploited shortly, these innovations will result in a further enhancement of Screenline’s productivity and flexibilty and therefore our ability to respond to customer needs even better.
