Quality assurance in Heat Transfer manufacture is the “process of evaluating and
assessing the product to determine that they meets the desired quality levels of the
customer’s standards”
Screenline maintains the apparel embellishment quality standards and procedures set by
the brands. In order to maintain the quality standards of the final product, it is necessary
to evaluate and assess the manufacturing process from the beginning. There is a
Standard Operation Procedure, SOP for quality assurance enabling the continuity of the
operation with inline quality inspection in various stages. Final product, heat transfer
stickers are assessed through 100% quality inspection followed by AQL audits before it
is delivered to the customer, i.e before it is applied on the garment. It allows zero fabric
damages due to printing faults which is one of the unique features of heat transfer
application compare with conventional screen printing.
